La Posada Hotel And Gardens offers 36 individually decorated rooms and suites, each themed after a famous guest who once stayed here. Rooms are named after celebrities like Tom Ford, Emilio Estevez, and Victor Mature, with their photographs displayed outside each door. Several rooms feature in-room jacuzzi tubs, private balconies, or direct garden access, while second-floor accommodations require climbing stairs as the hotel has no elevator.

The Turquoise Room restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily, with a menu that sources produce and meats from Hopi farms and local Arizona suppliers. Chef John Sharpe, a James Beard Award Nominee, previously designed the Southwestern menu, featuring dishes like squash blossoms, house-made mole, and lamb. Guests can enjoy live classical guitar music in the lobby during evening hours.

The hotel houses the Affeldt Mion Museum, displaying the world's largest single-loom Navajo rug alongside rotating exhibits on Winslow's history. The property is filled with paintings by artist Tina Mion, whose works hang in every public space and guest room. An on-site gallery and gift shop sell Native American rugs, kachina dolls, sand-painted ornaments, and prints of Mion's artwork.

The hotel maintains multiple themed gardens, including a sunken garden, pollinator garden, and a croquet court available for guest use. Outdoor picnic areas, a terrace with seating, and a portico along the train tracks allow guests to watch Amtrak and freight trains pass by. Fountains, water features, and native plants create secluded sitting areas throughout the 4-acre property.

La Posada welcomes dogs with a $5 per night charge, providing a large grassy area at the end of the building for pet relief. Rooms 101, 108, and 110 offer direct access to this grassy yard for easy morning walks. Dogs are allowed in the lobby seating areas and on the outdoor patios, but not inside the adjacent museum.
